Ceramic wine holder or utensil holder. It is a yellow ceramic 8" tall 5" wide container. there are two small handles on the each side. The front has a whimsical chef holding a glass of wine with a whimsical saying above "I love to cook with wine ... sometimes I even put it in the food!" Cute accessory for any bar or kitchen. This is a Mud Pie product. There are some wear marks on the black & white check on the top in the front. Probably where some used it for counter top utensil storage. You don't notice it from the front, but can see it looking down on the holder. SEE LAST 2 PICTURES.
