WINDSOR Royal Blue Sequin Formal Dress (Size 2)

Flat measurements: (Will provide once requested 😊) Notes* Beautiful royal blue sequin lace dress that sparkles at every angle!! My friend wore this only once for a highschool event where she was crowned the queen of school, basically 🤣 Excellent condition! Please note that in pictures #8 and #9, I took pictures of some of the fraying at the hem of the dress due to her walking through the grass. The dress size says 3/4, but my friend is normally a standard size 2. Open to reasonable offers!
