WHY Dress Long Sleeve Perforated Sheer Ruffled Blouse Size Small

Made a 100% polyester. Features a completely sheer blouse with long sleeves and ruffles and had a ribbed waist and cuffs. Color is more of a nude than pink. Laying flat measures 19" from pit to pit, 22" shoulder to the seam, and 23" sleeves. All of my items are cross posted, and I am always happy to take additional pictures or answer any questions. All items are in excellent used condition, unless stated otherwise.
