So who wants to know a little more about me?? Well I love and cherish my family! They are top priority in my life. The man of my house is my beloved mini Poodle, Bentley! The last picture is just a representation of my attempt to stay healthy. Well anyway, just wanted to let my Posh fam know a little more about lil ole me!

klott @cmarshall38 yes! I can run consecutive e on treadmill on an incline for about 15-20 min max

cmarshall38 @klott then you can run outside for at least 10 mins right? Start there, walk for a minute. Then start running for another 10. The more you run the more endurance you build. Drink lots of water throughout the day too!

klott Hello @jenkan23 !! My only advice is to share from the host pages. Additionally, most host will post a new post advising that they are hosting a party! Within this post thru list how you go about being considered for a host pic. Some will ask that you share from their closet, while others simply ask you to take them in one item from your closet to be considered! The biggest thing is to have items in your closet that meet the theme of the party! I hope this info helps!!

I just had to pay a very massive vet bill as he swallowed something that he should not have swallowed! I contemplated letting him go but I just could not bare the thought of him not greeting me when I walk through the door. Thank you again for everything! I know I will have a great one at the party if the ore excitement is this much fun!

I would have paid anything to keep my baby girl but now I have two sons that are growing up so fast that I'm going to be one lost soul when they leave for college but they are my true loves & always will be💗 I've never forgot fee-fee & seeing Bentley made me think good thoughts but at the same time sad thoughts as well😓. klott @jaimerstone OMGOSH!! I just realized that someone I missed responding to your comment 😔let me first apologize for that as it was not intentional! I really feel horrible, especially reading the story and only being able to imagine what you were/ are going through. I am really sorry to hear about your mother. I don't want to say any cliche things, as I know they don't help the pain you are feeling. I think that often times we don't allow ourselves the opportunity to be vulnerable. Feeling of sadness and missing for mom is a normal way to feel! Regarding your dad- I think that he and my granny currently have similar situations. Dementia is starting to show on her as well. My granny is not the same granny she was just 6 months ago 😄 I have decided to do exactly what you recommended! I hug and love on her as much as possible! Additionally, regarding your roomies moving to Kennesaw- I love that city it is just a little too far from the heart of Atlanta for me!! Again, I really hope that you forgive me for tis beyond late response!

serendipityinny @klott merci for your response. I appreciate it. I ran my half last birthday last year n the timing was 2.37mins bc I had s aha moment before that race. I mean it is good to push yourself but why are we compelled to by magazines n our ego if we are not pro runners and getting paid for it bc these is a lot of long term cons with running as well right? So now I just take it really slow (only forgot to wake up n realize totaling 🚫in his not slowing down but just getting too comfortable 😥).

Regarding rubbing- indeed there are lots of cons, but also some pros. For me, I feel u can burn fat quickly. Do a few sprints and my body fat would disappear. Trying to do fast cardio on the elliptical and bike are more challenging for me, but I am working on it. Hope you have a beautiful day!
