WHITE MILLY Tiered Flare Dress Sold out everywhere

In Milly the P size is for 0-2. I'm 5'5" and this is TTS hits 2 inches above knee. I got this during the Kate Middleton obsession where she wore a very similar looking white tiered flare dress with nude heels. Never worn. Had a small stain by zipper which was from store.
