The majority of the blouse is eyelet with a lovely crochet ruffle around the neck, down to a V then straight down the center on the right side of buttons as well as around each arm hole. This size XL measures as follows: Shoulders 13.5”, P2P 23” (no stretch), width across front bottom is 23” and Length is 24”. The white you see is background and hanger. No white.
