Perfect for spring, this blouse has long sleeves which are only closed at the cuff, and at about a little over a third of the way down the upper arm (where there are just a couple of stitches pulling the fabric together). Outer fabric is semi transparent; the body portion has a built-in liner, but not the sleeve.
