Has some stretch Fully lined * Zipper gets a little “stuck” towards the bottom (see photo)- it can be fully unzipped but may need a little extra pull to get it there (since skirt is stretchy you may not need to fully unzip to get it on or off) Please check measurements carefully From non smoking home
