White House Black Market keyhole blue dress size 12

This is a stunning dress from White House Black Market. New with tags. I'm so sad to sell, but it simply doesn't fit me and I missed the return window. No flaws or issues- in NEW condition. It has 3/4 sleeves with a little notch at the elbow, and a pearl accent at the keyhole neckline. Zips up the back with closure loop. A beautiful deep blue color listed as "ink" on the WHBM website. Fully lined. Armpit to armpit measured from the back is about 19.25". From a pet-free, smoke-free home.
