WHBM black blouse

This adorable blouse I wanted so badly I got in the closest size they had left to my size. Unfortunately it really didn’t work for me. It has seaming down the front and the buttons are hidden as shown in the photo. Ruffled cuffs with a sleeve length of 161/2 inches from the pit to the ruffle. From pit to pit it measures 23 inches and is made of 78% Cotton 19% Nylon, 3% Spandex. The shoulders are slightly puffy.
