WHBM black and white wrap dress

WHBM black and white dress size 2. Faux wrap style. Stretchy material. Laid flat across shoulders is almost 16 inches. From top of shoulder to bottom of the V is 10 inches. Measures 12 inches at smallest point of waist laid flat but definitely some cinch and stretch. In very good condition!!!
