Very good condition. Great movement in this vintage flowy asymmetrical hem skirt featuring elastic waist with small gather on L side and attached material cascading down on L side which adds to the uniqueness. There are 2 hanger marks on the waist. The pics make it look worse than it is. Since it's black it's barely noticeable. See pics for measurements fabric and washing. Check the video too
