WHBM White Tiered Sleeveless Blouse

This blouse is perfect for warmer days. It’s pure white with tiered flat ruffles to give it some character. There are a couple small flaws, as shown in the pictures. The top has been worn a handful of times, and it’s only been dry cleaned, as per the washing instructions. This is a lovely feminine piece that’s easy to add to any ensemble.
