This is a Black and White striped Skirt by White House Black Market. It is a Rayon and Spandex blend fabric with Polyester lining. It is a womans size 2. (Check the measurements below) Each side has a row of 4 silver buttons. There is a zipper closure in the back with a loop and eye on top. It is fully lined. There is an 8" slit in the back to show off your legs. You can wear this designer skirt to church, work, or school. Wear it for business or for casual. Pair it with a blouse, sweater set or a bustier. Wear a jacket over. Measurement size chart: US SIZE 2 WAIST = 26" to 28" - there is a little stretch HIPS = 36 - 38" there is a little stretch Length from waist to hem = 124 in front and 24.5" in back There is a matching top as you can see in the last photo.
