WHBM Outlet Long Sleeve Print Surplice Top Size Large.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @wrightcathy733. Loved it, but it’s just too big for me. Very sad it didn’t work out as it’s a wonderful top and I’m obsessed with WHBM. I would say this top would fit those that are a size 12-14. I’m closer to a 10 (small 12) and it was just too big around the smocked waist and chest area. Questions? Leave a comment below!
