WHBM "Ottoman Ponte Stripe Pencil" Skirt NEW!!

Up for sale is a wonderful "ottoman ponte stripe pencil" skirt by White House Black Market new with tags.  It has  a horizontal stripe design in black, blue, beige & brown with vertical black stripes down the sides. Zip/hook closure.  It sits below the natural waist.  Made of a polyester/rayon/spandex , the fabric has a ribbing to it.  It is fully lined as well.  Measurements are as follows: approximately 23.5 long, 31" around the waist area, & 39" around the hip area.  There is a 5.5" slit in the back as well.  All items come from a smoke-free environment.
