This White House Black Market dress has a stretchy fabric, a bit loose fitting, which feels comfortable while being formally dressed (95% polyester 5% spandex). The flexibility of the neckline allows you to sport the dress above OR outside the shoulders. Small snap details are present on each side of the dress. These allow you to secure the dress in place by clasping to a bra strap- keeping the dress secure, while also keeping bra straps hidden under the fabric… or use snaps to secure dress to hanger, while storing (convenient hanging straps present as well).
