WHBM Navy Ruffles Sweater

NWT never worn elegant sweater by WHITE HOUSE BLACK MARKET. Medium weight knit, ruffles at the neck and cuffs, long sleeves. Color is a dark navy with gentle blends of brown, very elegant look, can be dressed up or down!
