[WHBM] NWT Taffeta Colorblock Tea Dress size 4

Stunning black and white taffeta dress from WHBM, NWT size 4. Minimal stretch with a side zip. Strapless, but has optional white straps and optional beautiful black belt. Has silicone grip around top of dress to help keep it in place. Perfect for summer cocktails! Length- 33", measured down the middle of the front of the dress.
