WHBM Kaleidoscope Halter Sundress -Size: 0 -Color: Black/Cobalt (white dress with black and blue design) Fully lined fit-and-flare sundress featuring a hand designed print with a cobalt palette and a pleated skirt with hidden pockets. Thread loops at waist for belt but does not come with removable belt. Back closes with a hidden zipper and hook and eyes at the neck. LISTING UPDATE: Found the original matching belt, so the dress WILL come with the belt. While the dress has been worn/used, the belt is NEW and has never been worn/used. It’s been hanging in the back corner of the closet for years. Still has a plastic tie attached to it. See photos.
