WHBM Dress - ALTERED (top taken in)

This dress was altered by a professional tailor in order to fit a pear shaped figure. The bottom half of the dress remains the same at size 6. The top was taken in to fit a bra size 32C. Please see measurements. Dress is about 39" long hanging on the mannequin. It is fully lined. Sleeves hit below the elbow. Dress in excellent used condition.
