WHBM Colorblock Ponte Pencil Skirt- Size 2 - GUC The stripes add a little pop to a classic black skirt. This skirt is a favorite style for me - looks awesome with black tights and knee-high boots or booties. Easily dressed up or down. Stock photos show heels and hose & that works too. Pre-loved, gently worn, but in well-cared for good condition - No stains/tears/rips/holes/odors. Waist ~ 14-14.5” unstretched (sits below natural waist) Length ~ 18” hits above the knee, but lower than mid-thigh (I’m 5’7” for reference) Size 2 but a little generous, fits a 2/4.
