Machine wash cold; may be dry cleaned. condition: brand new with tags approx 26 inches long 12.75 across waist (with a little stretch as it is ponte. I have a 26.5 inch waist, 37.5 inch hips. and I can zip it up though I would recommend a slightly smaller waist for comfy fit)
