WHBM Black and White Patterned Skirt

This is a cute and really comfortable skirt that is still in excellent condition. It can be worn with a top tucked into it (as shown in the photo) or with a top overlapping the waistband (which is how I used to wear it). It’s fully lined, but still feels light for wearing to outdoor events in the spring and summer. I used to wear it when I wore 00, but it still fits me now that I’m closer to a size 2.
