WHBM Banded Bottom Top

This dressy little top can be worn with dress pants for a more formal event. Dress it down with some dark blue jeans and black booties for a night out. This beautiful banded bottom top has an elastic waist and elastic around the sleeves. It is black with streaks of silver thread running through it. It ties at the neck. Worn once.
