WHBM 40s Style Short-sleeved Dress.

Black vintage-style dress has a cute cropped collar with v-neck and wrap-like draping for the skirt. It is a slightly stretchy polyester that is very durable and well-made. There's a hidden side copper for a nice fit at the waist. White and gray flowers have red pops of color. A silver ring is sewn into one side with a sash belt. Condition is very good with zero flaws.
