Made to wear with visible bra or tank under, falls off the shoulder, more of a TUNIC. I am 5’3 and this hits mid-thigh. Size Large could fit anywhere from 8-12 in my opinion. More appropriate size on a 10-12. Goes down well past your bum!!!! Color is army or moss green.
