WDCC Walt Disney American Folk Heroes Melody Time Pecos Bill Slue Foot Sue Box. Mint condition in original boxes! This set contains 2 WDCC figurines based on one of the segments from the 1948 Walt Disney film Melody Time - with Pecos Bill and Slue Foot Sue. The two figures shown here are from the scene where Pecos Bill sees Slue Foot Sue for the first time, as his horse Widowmaker realizes he will have to share Pecos Bill. Bill's reins are suede and there are platinum accents on his chaps, Widowmaker's bridle and stirrups. The backstamp incorporates the Society logo and the American Folk Heroes designation. This was the first release in the American Folk Heroes series in 1994. The edition size was approximately 10,000 pieces. Slue Foot Sue was the second release in the series in 1995, and her lasso is crafted of fine metal. Her edition size was approximately 6,000 pieces. She has a similar backstamp.
