WD2 by Diamond 80’s, possible 90’s wrap dress. Wrap from below hips, peplum at waist in back with a wide tie. Similar to 1920’s drop waist dress. Like New Modern Rose Print 23 inches pit to pit 43 inches shoulder to bottom 21 at tie area SZ See measurements above, I say about L, “step into”/ pull on. I think there has been alterations. Nylon/ polyester fabric, my guess no tag White tank not included, sold as a separate listing.
