kempfkg @karlforst hi! The top of the skirt is 14 inches across lying flat. For the top-there are two smocked panels in the back so the following measurements are taken lying flat as well but note that there is stretch. The bottom of the top is 12 inches across and the widest part of the bust is about 14 inches across
