Hi! Was the shaft measurement of 7'" taken from the bottom of the heel to the top of the shoe or was it taken not including the heel? Thanks so much!

Do these run small or tight? I really like them but usually get 8.6 in boots. With the laces I thought maybe they’d be looser fit 🤞
