Never worn with tag attached to top. It is a miniskirt set, and the top is shoulder free and sleeveless in a pinstripe pattern. The very first photo shows the correct color: a very dark blue. The outfit is very figure flattering. The skirt is an A-line cut. The top fits loosely around the waist and tummy area to allow for movement. The top is lined. The skirt is not lined. I bought this for myself, and the top holds up well around the chest. The skirt is very short. That's the reason I am selling it.
