Very pretty blouse by Walter Baker- it’s been hanging in my closet, never worn. Purchased to go with a specific skirt that ended up working better with another piece. Perfect condition. Cuffed short sleeves and cool paneled front piece over the buttons. Very sleek and minimalist. Size Small. Measures 16” across the shoulders, 20” across chest and 26” long in the front and 29” long in the back.
