Poly with 5% elastane, red, white, blue and black, fitted waist, full skirt, had a fabric belt but it is missing, long zipper in back, 2 side pockets, square neck in front/v neck in back, bodice is lined, W by Worth, size 2, measured flat app: pits 17”, waist 15”, shoulder to hem 36”, good condition (T-65)
