Vtg set of two E. A. Riba Co Inc. Brooklyn, NY Brass and Porcelain Cameo plaques

Vintage set of two E. A. Riba Co Inc. Brooklyn, NY Brass and Porcelain Cameo plaques. Brass frame with a velvet type material lining the inside with a round porcelain scene. They both measure 4.5" x 3.75" and are in great vintage condition. They have a metal ring at the top of each, ready for hanging. There is a crack in the metal on one of these. Not sure if it's a manufacturing defect or it was broken at one time. Either way, it takes nothing away from the piece itself. Please see last photo.
