Vtg lace circle skirt S-M upcycled fairy midi

I made this from a vintage round floral tablecloth. Elastic waist-24" to 30". Length-24" to 26". The leggings aren't included...for display only. Fabric is probably polyester. Can be laundered (it Was a tablecloth!) Great for the artsy girl...fairy, festival, lagenlook, boho, etc. One of a kind.
