Vtg Y2k Mande Black and Teal Skater Dress

Super cute dress for that real early 2000s vintage look! GUC, some light polling of the fabric due to age. Size L, but from Mandee, so I have it listed as a juniors size. Would probably also fit a contemporary adult M. Sash is very pretty aqua/teal color, attached, ties in the back. The cut allows for some sexy cleavage. Smoke free home but we do have pets.
