Vtg Y2K black striped dress - Candie's brand

Vintage early 2000s era short sleeve midi dress. Bodycon top, straight skirt. Fabric is a thick jersey knit with lots of stretch. Mock neckline with V cutout. Dress is in excellent condition. Only flaw is that the tag has the original owner's name written on it. Size Small. Bust 34" Waist 26" Length 36"
