Vtg. Wool blend tartan pleated skirt

Absolutely darling full skirt. Love the blue tartan colors. So fresh and fun. Excellent condition with no holes I can find-one spot spot on inside of pleat hardly noticeable. No label-could be handmade. Quality made. High waisted. See flat measurements below, but I would guess a small or xs. Black and white skirt is not actual skirt but just an idea of how to wear. Waist 12.25” Hip 17.75” Length 25.5”
