Vtg Victorian Style Blouse down ruffle sleeves

This top was featured in this months issue of dreamingless magazine. For this look, I layered it underneath a form fitting dress and the shoulders puffed out perfectly. This shirt has so much potential. I think it would look amazing with a tank or vest over it as well. It's a little shorter, cropped. So, you'll want to wear high waisted pants or show your belly off! It's a size small for sure.
