Vtg SOFFIERIA DE CARLINI Handblown Glass Gold Angel Tree Topper Wand Curls Italy

Dimensions: approximately 11.5" high x 4" wide; base opening: 1" diameter Colors: white, gold, yellow, pink, blue Handcrafted in a small village outside of Milan, Italy, this heirloom handblown glass Soffierria De Carlini angel tree topper / finial is simply lovely! Her body is a shimmery pearlescent white with metallic and glittery gold accents. She wears a transluscent gold and white gown with glittery golden dots, gold piping, white ruffled sleeves and a shiny gold bow with a rose applique. A gold beaded necklace sits on her neck, and a gemmed tiara rests in her blond curly hair. Transluscent gold ribbon flows down each arm, and her blue eyes twinkle almost as much as the golden wand she holds in her left arm. As I said, she's lovely! This finial tree topper is in excellent pre-owned condition. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. There is some glue on the arm holding the wand but I never noticed it until I started photographing her from all angles. The glue is really only visible if you're looking down on her from above and from behind. It's not something anyone would notice, unless looking for it. Crosslisted.
