Vtg SIGNED 1943 Wooden Plate Hand-Painted Winter Scene Hand-Carved Inscribed Art

Diameter: 11.5" Unique and romantic gift carved Feb. 14, 1943 on back! To the left of the date carved in the back is a pencil inscription that reads "To Allie from Laura Lei." This vintage wooden plate is stunning with its winter night scene of a cabin in the woods. It sits inside what appears to be an intricately hand-carved star. In the lower left-hand corner of the winter scene is the letter A or possibly the letter D or a combo of both (see photos). If the date carved into the back of this plate is accurate, we're 20 years (or less, since the plate might've been made before then) from having a bonafide antique. It's in fantastic shape too!
