There is an inside pocket with zip closure. Adjustable straps. The first picture has an entire standard pillow stuffed into it, to show a sense of volume. This was a gift to me, brand new, back in the late 90s. It got accidentally packed in a box and has never been used. Someone deserves to love this! Perfect condition
