Vtg Patchwork Quilt Top Hand Stitched 78x60" No Batting No Backing Block Pattern. Quilt top is in good overall condition, couple of the red squares have light difference in coloration at a few spots, no rips or holes seen. Beautiful vibrant colors. Quilt Top looks to be completely hand stitched, i believe the material is a cotton and polyester mix. Floral, stripes, geometric and many other pattern images in quilt top. Measures about 78" by 60".
