Vtg Oversized Floral Blouse Tunic Short Sleeve Top

Vintage top, estimated from the early 1990's. Tag is faded, so you cannot read the size. I am thinking it is a plus size top, but could also be cute worn oversized as a tunic or baggy blouse. Brand is Sag Harbor II. Armpit to armpit is 25" and length is 27".
