Vtg Necklace Golden Coin Pearls w/ 925 Sterling Silver Clasp Disc shell or stone

Vintage necklace. Wire with golden colored coin pearls (passed the tooth grit test), white hollowed discs (I think these are either shell or stone), and faceted beads (either glass or crystal). The clasp is 925 Sterling Silver (Marked and tested). Approx. 16" + short extender. Pre-owned with tarnishing/wear. Inv: M
