Vtg Miss Challenge, Inc Dress

Vintage 1970's Miss Challenge, Inc dress in green with white bubble design. Attached belt, wide collar, balloon sleeves with elastic at the wrists, umlined, 4 button front, elastic waist. The color in the picture is not correct due to the lighting, more of a kelly green color. More vibrant that the picture. In excellent condition. No size tag, see measurements below.
