Vtg Michael Howard Fedoria 100% Wool Navy Blue Fedora/Western Hat w/ Neck Scarf

Deep navy blue wool felt hat with a slim ribbon around the crown and ear/neck scarf with hook & loop closure. Works as a fedora and has a little western flair. In great condition with the ribbon being a little frayed at one end. Neck scarf is stitched in and covers the back of the neck and ears, with a 'hook & loop' closure under the chin.
