Vintage Ladies Garment Workers Union Formal Dress. Red flower outline pattern on front,back, and arms of sheer chiffon top. Long flowing pink skirt! Only slight yellowing spots as shown in pic on right sleeve otherwise perfect condition! No holes, peeling, other stains etc! Sleeves have to snaps on each one. Back has two fasteners one at waist and one at back of neck, and zips up from waist. Hips:27” Waist to hem:39” Shoulder to hem: 55” Waist: 14” Chest:15.5” Shoulder to shoulder: 20”
