Vtg Korean Asian top tunic M Cheongsam

This top is at least 75 years old. My dad brought fabric home from the Korean War (1950-53). My mom sewed this sweet top/tunic/mini dress. Back zip & snaps. Sz M...measurements: shoulder-15,5", bust-39", bottom- 42.5", shoulder to hem-30.5". I've had it stored in a trunk...I'd rather have it be worn!
